To book a holiday at Strand House please telephone or email us to confirm availability for the dates you require and preferred apartment: jan@strandhouse.co.uk or 07973 683722. You can also search availability from this site for the GARDEN apartment: We manage our bookings directly not through agencies so you may prefer to call or email before making any online reservation.  We would like you to feel 100% confident before you book.

NB. Online prices are set to daily defaults and correct pricing will show only when the dates you require are selected.  Default availability depends on the arrival day and minimum of 4-7 nights depending on the Season (eg. short breaks are not generally offered in Summer school holidays).  Please view and download our Terms and Conditions (downloadable PDF) before you make a booking.  Online reservations will need to make a payment directly.  We also accept booking confirmation via email or post with payment following by card, cheque or BACS.

The 2024 tariff below is a guide to prices per apartment per week sleeping a maximum of 4 people (including adults and children/infants). For a supplement, we can accommodate 6 people. We reserve the right to amend these prices at any time. Prices for short breaks are also available.

Please let us know if you have any special requirements (eg. highchairs) and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will also be happy to provide further information about Ryde, The Isle of Wight or travelling arrangements. Currently we can provide discount codes to use with Red Funnel ferry travel to customers who have booked with Strand House.

If you prefer to book offline, please complete a booking application form and note all the terms and conditions which are included with this hire contract. Your completed booking form should be posted together with a 50% cheque deposit payable to Mr A Johnston, Strand House, 17 The Strand, Ryde, Isle of Wight PO33 1JE. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. We also take a security deposit against loss/damage and this is refundable after the holiday. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday then full payment including the security deposit is requested.

Tariff includes:

Off street parking (1 car) per apartment); bedlinen & towels (not for beach use); tea/coffee/milk on arrival; heating, hot water & electricity; Free Wifi.
